This can cause problems for the company related to image and reputation since the recipient will feel rejected for receiving information that is not of interest to him and, what is more important, that he has not authorized to be sent.

In order to obtain the client’s consent, we must offer added value, which differentiates our company from all the others that may be fighting for the same purpose. Therefore, we must generate information that is of interest to the recipient, in order to gain their attention. When the person perceives the information as something that provides knowledge, resolves doubts, finds it entertaining, or simply satisfies his curiosity, something similar to a relationship between client-company is generated. We must not forget the importance of email marketing as a tool in an online marketing plan.

Another option that we can use to carry out email marketing is MailChimp. In its free version, it allows us to send a maximum of 12,000 emails to 2,000 subscribers in a month. We must design our subscription form and add it to our website in order for users to enter their shipping information. It is one of the programs that have more years in the email marketing market. Just as MailRelay offered, it gives us the possibility of being able to contact personalized customer service to solve any doubt. It also has an autoresponder for those people who have just authorized the sending of emails. Aweber allows a considerably high delivery rate. The sending rate is the amount of mail that we send and that the recipients receive in their inboxes. This is important due to the fact that some of the emails sent end up in the spam folder. On the other hand, this tool also allows you to view the statistics to know the success of the campaigns carried out. It offers the possibility to try the tool for free for 30 days and, after that, pay $19 per month.

Doppler

Finally, another tool to execute our email marketing is Doppler. This tool allows us to build a database by importing our customers’ data quickly and easily, as well as filtering it by segments. On the other hand, it allows us to edit the visual design of the tool in a very simple and intuitive way to adapt it to our liking, which is appreciated. It allows you to view the reports on the emails sent to know the results. In its free version, it offers the possibility of sending 500 emails, making it a good option for small businesses that are starting The payment option allows you to send a certain number of emails depending on the monthly payment. You can also pay for individual shipments that vary depending on the quality contracted.

Mailrelay

This online tool is completely free with some restrictions and does not contain advertising. In its free version, it allows a maximum of 15,000 shipments per month to a number of 3,000 different subscribers. One of the advantages of this page is that it allows contact with technical support through mail, and chat. And telephone in case there is any doubt or a problem is experienced with the service they offer. Another of Mailrelay’s advantages as a tool for carrying out email marketing is its intuitive HTML editor with which you can modify the appearance of the page without advanced programming knowledge.

The main functions it offers are scheduled mailings, and autoresponders to send an email to those people who give their consent to receive newsletters. The possibility of downloading its app, automatic control of emails that are bounced, and managing accounts that are unsubscribed.
