Bath and Somerset’s least and most expensive house sales in March 2018

Like property prices across the country, there’s a big difference in the values of properties sold across Bath and Somerset, ranging from £1.8 million for a four-bed house in Camden Crescent, one of Bath’s premier streets, to £61,000 for a one-bedroomed retirement flat in Hendford.

Camden Crescent has a lot to offer its new owner as one of only two houses on the street not converted into flats, including four floors of accommodation, a wine cellar, double garage and private garden, rare for this part of Bath.

In Somerset, the most expensive property was Charleigh Green in Wadeford, which sold for just over £1.3 million. Said to have some of the best views in Somerset, this property is tucked away off a private lane even Google can’t find.

For those with a smaller budget, flats in Glastonbury and Bath sold for £78,000 and £146,000 respectively, not a bad price for a BA1 postcode and in a thriving property market, meaning Bath Estate Agents such as Bath Estate Agents have plenty of options when it comes to finding you your next home.
